A GongFusion™ Soundbath is the signature experience at The Gong Room. This gong-focused sound bath combines over 10 gongs, crystal singing bowls, and an ambient drone into a deeply immersive live experience. The sounds are skillfully layered and combined to help your body and mind relax.

🎯 ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE EVENT START TIME. The door will open, and check-in will begin 15 minutes before the event starts, not earlier.

🎟️ PARTICIPANTS MUST PRESENT THEIR TICKET QR CODE TO ATTEND THE EVENT. The ticket QR code is in the registration confirmation email that is sent after signing the digital waiver.

🚫 NO LATE ADMISSION. The event begins promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued. This applies to all members of a group; we do not hold the start time for late arrivals.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and immersive experience for all participants:

1. Ticket purchaser must be at least 18 years old. All event participants must be at least 14 years old.
2. Participants must wear clean socks in the sound bath area. No shoes or bare feet allowed on the carpet.
3. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. If you or anyone you're buying tickets for is unable to do so, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss options.
4. This is an auditory experience. Participants must wear an eye mask (your own or the one we provide) or keep their eyes closed throughout the sound bath. Watching is not allowed.
5. Phones must be completely turned off (not airplane mode or silenced) and stored in the cubbies.
6. Remain quiet throughout the sound bath. This includes refraining from talking, humming, toning, loud breathing, or any other intentional sounds. If you snore, we will gently wake you.

During the event, each registrant is provided with all of the following:

🧦❗Only clean socks allowed on the carpet. Please bring or wear clean socks inside the studio. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the sound bath area.
🚫📸 No photos, videos, or audio recordings allowed inside the studio.
🚫🍦 No outside food or drinks permitted; we have free water.
🚫📱 Cell phones must be completely off and stored in the cubbies.
🚫🖐 Do not touch the instruments or crystals on display.
🚫🌸 Do not wear strong scents, including oils or perfume.
🚫🗣️ Anyone who disrupts the event or shows signs of intoxication may be asked to leave without a refund.

Tickets are nonrefundable and not transferable to another date or time. If a registrant cannot use their ticket, it may be transferred to another eligible person. To arrange a transfer, please reach out to us. We offer Purchase Protection (provided by a third party), which must be purchased per ticket and is only available at the time of ticket purchase. It is the only option for a possible refund if you have an emergency and can't make the event.

Purchase Protection is offered through a third-party provider and can be added at the time of purchase. It covers certain emergencies with valid proof of claim, but does not cover late arrivals, schedule conflicts, or general inability to attend. All claims are filed directly with the provider. We do not handle, influence, or guarantee claim outcomes. Please review their terms before purchasing. 

Purchase Protection is the only refund option available for this event. You may not use Purchase Protection to transfer to a different date or time.
